East Side Union High School District Band Festival ( Itinerary )
- Tuesday, March 10th, 2009
- Evergreen Valley High School, 3300 QUIMBY DR. SAN JOSE 95148
ARRIVE IN CONCERT DRESS
- 5:15pm-Students arrive/load equipment/go to bus loading area
- 5:30pm-Load buses
- 5:40pm-Depart for Evergreen Valley High School
IN CONCERT DRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN INSTRUMENT & MUSIC -Unload buses, equipment, watch other groups.
FESTIVAL SCHEDULE - Tuesday, March 11th
- Overfelt Concert Band 6:30
- Santa Teresa Concert Band 6:55
- Oak Grove Symphonic Band 7:20
- Santa Teresa Symphonic Band 7:45
- Oak Grove Wind Ensemble 8:10
- Santa Teresa Wind Ensemble 8:35
- Students are expected to travel on the buses. Students who need to meet us at Evergreen Valley need to have WRITTEN parent permission 48 hours prior to the event (FRIDAY, March 6th)
- Students are expected to stay for the entire duration of the festival.
- Students should arrive in their concert dress and remain dressed for the duration of the festival. There will not be time to change or space to store additional items except for the students instrument, music, and small personal items. SPACE IS LIMITED.
- Family & friends are encouraged to attend the performance! (It’s FREE!)
- We need a few parent volunteers to help us by moving some equipment to Evergreen & we need 2 bus chaperones. Please go to STMAA’s volunteer hub site to register to help. http://stmaa.volunteerhub.com
