Fundraising Proposals

1 - Casino Night

We should spend some time discussing this.

2 - Green Bag

I've checked out a few reusable bag companies and the best price I've found is $1.00 per bag (royal blue bag no logo) with 100 qty min order.I can request a quote to have Santa Teresa High School and the saints logo silk screened in Orange on royal blue bags (3000 qty min order on silk screen orders).Let me know if you'd like me to pursue this for a possible fundraiser.

3 - See's Fundraising

Attached is the proposal for the See's Spring (Easter) Fundraiser. This fundraiser would be open to all students and is being proposed to assist the Jazz families with their students Reno trip fees. Please vote! There are a few changes to the See's fundraisers that I'd like to mention.

• More product options for customers to choose from.
• Each item has a different profit amount. It's not a 50% fundraiser. However, See's has placed their most popular items on the fundraising order forms which should benefit the students higher product sells.
• We do not have to purchase full cases which means $0.00 loss to program.
• Students collect money from customers as they place their orders so STMAA does not need to front any money for this fundraiser.
• The sale would end March 5th allowing Danita to post student profits to band accounts by March 15th.
